Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license
• Experience providing physical therapy in school settings highly preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric and educational-based physical therapy evaluations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to manage a dynamic schedule and travel between school sites
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in different environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for students as part of educational assessment teams
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and other specialists to interpret assessment findings and support individualized educational planning
• Travel as needed to partner schools within the district to ensure timely evaluations
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education guidelines
• Communicate regularly with families about students’ progress and needs
• Participate in meetings as an expert resource for student physical therapy needs
