• Able to complete documentation and paperwork for Medicaid reimbursement

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of three elementary students
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students’ individual needs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed, presenting findings to pertinent teams
• Ensure precise and timely completion of all required paperwork, including Medicaid documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to foster optimal student outcomes
