Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you bring:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a school-based setting, addressing needs across K–12
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement engaging treatment plans tailored for diverse learners
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Your role will consist of:

• Providing direct, in-person Occupational Therapy services to K–12 students
• Conducting assessments and developing IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Delivering interventions that foster participation and independence within the educational setting
• Documenting progress and maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Offering consultation and training to teachers and school staff, supporting a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on student accommodations and modifications
