CDL Delivery Driver

CDR General Services LLC is seeking a dedicated CDL Delivery Driver to join our team in Port Allen, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering materials, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Pay: $18 - $25/hr

Schedule: 40-50 hours per week

Job Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport and deliver materials to designated locations.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo according to safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or CDL Class B license required.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
