What You’ll Do:

• You'll spend your days managing the dealership's finance department, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored financing solutions.
• You'll collaborate with sales staff to facilitate the financing process and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• You will review and analyze credit applications to determine appropriate financing options.
• You'll maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive financing rates for customers.
• You will ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding financing and lending.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in automotive finance or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financing processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with dealership management software preferred
