Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for care for our toddler and infant twins while I go back to work part-time. We also have a very friendly dog. Looking for someone who is comfortable with enforcing a schedule for a toddler as well as feeding and changing babies. Caregiver would also be expected so light housework on occasions.
