Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a mothers helper type role a few times a week. My fiancé does shift work and 12-16 hour shifts so the schedule will vary. I'm very structured and would like someone like-minded. Some help around the house, laundry, and cleaning will be needed. My 5-month-old daughter is breastfed so I will mostly care for her but may need a hand to get stuff done.
