Babysitter Needed

Searching for an in-home care giver that can help out a couple days a week when I return to work from my maternity leave at 3 months. My husband works from home and is available for emergencies but cannot be fully attentive during the work day. We will only need someone to cover 2-3 days a week for 6-8 hours (Most likely Monday and Friday each week but still working out the details). Our baby will be 3 months and I would like to keep them out of daycare until at least 6 months to one year. The expectation would be direct care for the baby including feeding, diaper changes, nap time, play and light housework such as dishes/laundry.
