Babysitter Needed

Hello - My husband and I are looking for someone to come to our home and care for our two boys roughly 36-40 hours a week with flexibility for more hours with work related travel and date nights. Were looking for someone who is reliable, present, organized and is great with kids. Also, someone who can grow with us and be an extended part of the family. In the morning my 3-year-old will be off to school for half the day, while my 1-year-old is at home. He will need to get picked up from school and taken to his activities/appointments in the afternoon. While he's at school you can use this time to get organized for the day and have 1x1 time with the baby.
