Production and Packager - 1st Shift / 6:00 am - 6:00 pm / Mon. - Thur.
We are looking to hire a dedicated Production Helper / Packager to join the Appleton, WI. You will support the machine operators, package product and ensure quality of product.  This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment and develop their skills in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the organization’s goals.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: 16.00

Shift: Day shift 6:00am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Open packages of product and prepare items for processing
• Load and unload machines
• Package, wrap and/or palletize
• Lift and move 10-60 lb safely and efficiently
• Ensure quality of product
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the work area
• Support team members in daily production tasks

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
