Operator

Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.75

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
• Perform testing and assembly operations to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret sketches, instructions, and safety guidelines accurately
• Conduct quality inspections on products to verify specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, supporting safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read assembly instructions and safety requirements
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment surrounded by machinery
