Assembly Technician

Electromechanical Assembly Technician

Position Overview
We are a top provider of torque sensor systems for the motorsport, aerospace and energy sector and used to measure torque on powertrains on racecars in Formula 1, Formula E, IndyCar and Nascar as well as the US Military. As we grow we are looking for an Electro-mechaical Manufacturing and Assembly Technician to join our Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and calibrating electromechanical systems and components, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electromechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Conduct testing and calibration of assembled systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform electrical testing to verify functionality and safety of products.
  • Utilize torque tools and equipment in assembly processes to meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly techniques and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in electromechanical assembly or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sensor systems and calibration processes.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing and torque application.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
