Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) / Coronary Care Unit (CCU). This vital role involves providing comprehensive, specialized nursing care to patients with complex cardiac and cardiovascular conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in critical care environments, possess strong clinical assessment skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. $2,552.40 for 36 hours | Alexandria LA

Pay for 36 hrs. (Traveler):
Weekly Gross: $2,552.40
Weekly Taxable: $1,292.00
Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,260.00
Hourly Taxable (up to 40 hours): $35.90
Overtime (after 40 hours): $53.85
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience
- Active RN LA or Compact License
- BLS, ACLS, - (AHA)
- 50 Miles Radius Rule
****Must have experience with:
- Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps
- Impellas
- Post-op Cardiovascular surgeries
- CRRT

Current LA RN license or current Compact state license\n\nBLS certification required from AHA\n\nACLS certification required from AHA\n\nType of patients on the unit: DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MIs, CABGs, Ventilators etc. It is a mixed cardiac and medical ICU.
