    • Must be available to work at 4:30am
    • May require varying hours on all shifts during training.
    • Must be willing to learn baking and finishing as part of training (This shift stars at 2AM)
    • Must be an independent, self-motivated, and responsible individual who strives for excellence.
    • We are looking for people who are dynamic and enjoy a fast paced environment
    • Hands on Management style required
    • ServSafe Certification is a plus
    • Job involves restaurant management, inventory, supply ordering, following food safety management plan, equipment & facility maintenance, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, customer service, personnel coaching and development, merchandising, community relations and daily cash management.
