Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator
The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her Leaders, teaching them important business skills for the future.

No Experience Is Necessary
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Leaders who enjoy serving customers, leading teams and carrying out the Operator's vision. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
Full-Time: equivalent to 35+ hours a week
Must be able to work 5 shifts per week, which will include weeknights and Saturdays
Must have 1+ years in leadership experience
Must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills
Required to close one night per week
