Assistant Manager

This is a great position for someone who is responsible and interested in developing into a General Manager or Franchise Owner with a growing brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of pie makers, front counter people and delivery drivers during a shift
• Providing an amazing experience for our customers
• Upholding the HotBox Pizza standards for quality products and customer service
• Cash management
• Payroll management
• Food cost management

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to open and / or close the store without supervision
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to learn all positions in our store, including Delivery
