Customer Service Rep/Canvasser - Full-time / Part-time

Requirements/Skills:

• Prefer to have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Must enjoy relating to others and be skilled in human relations
• Must be a strong communicator and problem solver
• Must be positive and outgoing
• Must be goal oriented and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with homeowners to provide free home inspections
• Record prospect information neatly and accurately with supplied form
• Communicate all leads to manager at the end of each shift

To be successful as a Customer Service Rep/Canvasser with Classic Contracting, LLC you will be required to have the ability to encourage the potential customer within seconds to acquire our service. The purpose of the position is to boost sales for the company. Normally, the individual will have physical capabilities for standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. It is expected to be professional in terms of appearance. Company issued shirts will be provided.

Schedule of pay and hours of work:

• This position will be expected to generate a minimum of 3 appointments per day
• The maximum number of hours per week are not to exceed 25 hours (exceptions with prior notice to management). Shifts not to exceed 5 hours.
• The rate of pay is as follows:
  --$11.00 per hour up to 3 confirmed leads
  --$15.00 per hour at 4 confirmed leads
  --$20.00 per hour at 5 confirmed leads
