This role will begin by building relationships with customers through face to face interaction, customer service and customer acquisition. Through our one-on-one training, entry level managers will learn how to manage their time and resources such as sales meetings, contract negotiation, revenue review, lead generation and product information.
As this position progresses into mid and upper level management he/she will earn the responsibility to:
· Recruit – Evaluate and hire potential candidates based on leadership and communication skills
· Train – Teach communication and organization skills to entry level managers and agents
· Develop – Establish and fine tune management skills to team members
