Customer:

1. Prepare all food items in a quick and orderly fashion
2. Communicate with front  line in a quiet friendly manner
3. Cooperate with front line as you jointly serve customers
4. Remember the customer is watching you

Clean and Stock:

1. Clean all stations
2. Ensure that all items are prepared under sanitary conditions
3. Clean kitchen and restrooms; walls, ceilings, floors, etc.
4. Rotate all food items on a regular basis
5. Stock all food and paper items as required
