    We have a full-time opening for a Restaurant Training Director.

    Must be able to work various shifts per week.

    Requirements

    As a Restaurant Training Director, you are responsible for training a team of 50+ team members.



    Job responsibilities include:




    • This person must have experience in teaching and a passion for excellence in training.

    • This person must be skilled in time management

    • This person must be self-directed and highly organized.

    • This person must have basic computer skills.

    • This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant except for management and office work.

    • Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    • New employee orientation and training

    • Re-certification of existing employees

    • Develop and supervise Certified Trainers

    • Uniform Ordering and Uniform Inventory Management

    • Employee Care: To include working with the Marketing Director with the following: birthdays, monthly parties, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Anniversaries, graduates, baby showers, Valentine's Day, Manager's outings, and the Christmas Party.

    • Bi-monthly newsletter.



    An ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a passion for teaching. This person must be skilled in time management, self-directed and highly organized. This person must have basic computer skill and must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant except for management and office work.
