    Job Description

    This program is for experienced individuals looking to join our leadership team. All of our restaurant leadership starts as a team member to learn all aspects of the business. We are looking for growth minded, driven leaders ready to develop their team to be their best in every aspect of their lives.

    Role Prerequisites

    * Must have held a leadership position at previous employment or organization for at least a year
    * Communication Skills; experience in holding a team accountable, providing feedback, and coaching for development
    * Goal Oriented
    * Basic understanding in money management

    Role Timeline

    * Team Member: 3 to 6 weeks
    * Certified Trainer: 3 to 6 weeks
    * Director: 3 to 6 weeks
    * Senior Director: timeline varies based on experience

    Role Expectations

    * Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week
    * Cannot take more than one Saturday off each month
    * 3 Month Probationary Policy: During your first 3 months of employment, you will be required to display the necessary skills that are required to work at Chick-fil-A:

    * The Core 4: smiling, speaking enthusiastically, eye contact, & staying connected

    * Greeting

    * Sense of Urgency

    * Following all uniform and appearance policies

    * Tardiness and Attendance

    * Cash Accountability

    * Respecting all Leaders

    * Listening to your trainers

    * Basic understanding of the POS system (register)

    * Basic Understanding of Chick- fil- A Menu

    * Maintaining a great Chick-fil-A attitude every day
