    Job Description

    We have a Part Time opening for Office Administrator with Bookkeeping.

    Must be able to work various shifts per week.

    • Processes payroll for multi-entity, 80-100 employee payroll using outsourced payroll software with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Inputs a high volume of inventory related Vendor Purchase Orders, Vendor Bills, and Vendor Payments for multiple entities and multiple QuickBooks company files.
    • Inputs detailed Sales Invoices on QuickBooks for multiple entities and multiple QuickBooks company files.
    • Accounts Payable- enters and pays non-inventory related Vendor Bills using paper checks and electronic transactions. Maintains proper back-up  documentation in an organized manner.
    • Reconciles credit card accounts on QuickBooks. Pays credit card bills and maintains back-up documentation to support charges by entity.
    • Reconciles various general ledger accounts as directed by the Office Manager.
    • Performs various administrative duties- processes incoming/outgoing mail.

    • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word 
    • Proficient in Quick Books Enterprise 15

    Must have verifiable references, degree preferred or 3 years relevant experience

    Must pass background check and drug test
