The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness. They are also responsible for maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will suport you with the tools and training needed to succeed. TheMaintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: *Filtering oil fryers daily *Maintaining outside grounds and parking areas *Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms * Unload delivery truck twice a week *Take out and empty trash *Change light bulbs *Clean HVAC/Exhaust units/change filters *Clean roof of debris
The ideal candidate will be able to work without direct supervision and adhere to a daily schedule checklist. Attention to detail is a must.
