    Job Description

    We are currently looking for self motivated and driven restaurant  managers for our locations in Rochester Hills .Candidates must have management experience, preferably in Food and Beverage/QSR.

    The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities/skills:

    • Servsafe certification is required for this position.
    • Self-motivated and performance driven
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Possess strong communication/people skills
    • Must be able to follow both Tim Hortons, and our organization's systems
    • Embrace responsibility and be accountable for achieving target
    • Be able to quickly identify and solve problems with efficiency
    • Have a flexible schedule, in order to ensure that all times of the day are operating properly

    While there are administrative aspects to this job, it is primarily a hands on and in the stores daily. As such, will be responsible for upholding Tim Hortons standards, setting goals for team members with follow up, development of team members and achieving business goals.

As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant. Your 1 -3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role. Preferably in a food service or hospitality or retail operations background.
