    Job Description

    Tallahassee Community College has three (3) full-time openings for Faculty Nursing Assistant Professors.

    Applicants must have a Master’s degree in nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of Florida. 







    Tallahassee Community College announces openings for the following continuing contract instructional faculty position for 2016-2017. Tallahassee Community College is a dynamic and growing comprehensive community college located in Tallahassee, Florida. The College's 2015 fall enrollment of more than 13,500 students includes nearly 47 percent minority students. The College enjoys a strong reputation for teaching excellence and for producing graduates with Associate in Arts degrees, Associate in Science degrees, and college credit certificates. Tallahassee is also home to two state universities, Florida State University and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.     Faculty responsibilities include instruction, curriculum, service and support of college policies and procedures, and professional development. Starting salaries for instructional faculty positions are competitive.





    Assistant Nursing Professor (3 vacancies). Minimum of a Master's degree in nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of Florida. Recent Medical/Surgical clinical nursing preferred. Must successfully complete health screening, drug screening and clinical affiliate required background checks.
