Bartender - Full-time / Part-time

The primary duty of the bartender is to communicate warmth, confidence, and food and beverage knowledge to every guest in our restaurant. It will be your role to sell our products in a way that helps our guests make choices that will separate this experience from others.

• Detailed knowledge of menu and preparation methods
• Understand and deploy company policies
• Thrill the guest
• Prepare bar for service
• Ensure all guests and service staff receive beverages with urgency
• Bar maintenance and clearing
• Keep work stations clean, organized, and well stocked
• Communication with management regarding dining room needs and satisfaction of guests
• Perform all assigned side work
• Thorough understanding of the Responsible Vendor program
• Adhere to and follow employee handbook
• Assist other team members
• Ensure ‘All’ guests needs are met
