Host

The primary duty of the host is to communicate warmth, confidence, and food and beverage knowledge to every guest in our restaurant. It will be your role to set the server or bartender for success with the guest.

• Detailed knowledge of menu and preparation methods
• Understand and deploy company policies
• Thrill the guest
• Prepare dining room for service
• Attend daily line up
• Deliver food and beverage
• Table maintenance and clearing
• Keep work stations clean, organized, and well stocked
• Communication with management regarding dining room needs and satisfaction of guests
• Perform all assigned side work
• Thorough understanding of the Responsible Vendor program
• Adhere to and follow employee handbook
• Assist other team members
• Ensure ‘All’ guests needs are met
