Prepares all back up and prep recipes to M.L. Rose standards. Properly uses a variety of kitchen tools and equipment to prepare food according to recipes established by M.L. Rose. Checks and adjusts thermostat controls to regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and fryers to ensure quality of recipes. Observes and test all products external and internal temperatures from the beginning to the final cooking stages, while following H.A.C.C.P standards at all times. Along with specific job performance, other areas of general performance are evaluated; upholding our culture, observing policies and procedures, attitude and personal conduct, attendance and appearance.
