Operations Leaders are responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring quality & customer experience, talent performance, and financial management. Operations Leaders work together with the Senior Operations Leader, Operations Director, Kitchen Director, and the Hospitality Director to ensure operational excellence. Operations Leaders are supported by the Talent Director, Training Director, Finance Director, Marketing Directors, and the Owner-Operator. The responsibilities of an Operations Leader including serving guests, provide them with what they need, giving intelligent recommendations and suggestions, leading and supporting the staff, and ensuring the team provides the Chick-fil-A hospitality that we are known for while monitoring the overall financial performance of the store. More importantly, a perfect Operations Leader candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, hard-working and friendly to ensure that the guests are fully satisfied. Daily responsibilities of an Operations Leader include:

    • Opening or Closing the Restaurant

    • Guest compliments and complaints

    • Encouraging, Coaching, and Leading Team Members working during your shift

    • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations

    • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations

    • Cash Management

    • Identifying and relieving bottlenecks in operations

    Requirements
