Hourly Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Hourly Manager Responsibilities (HM)

-Give direction to FOH and BOH associates

-Receive deliveries and prepare supplier orders

-Prepare food / maintain recipe accuracy

-Handle receipts and make cash drops at bank

-Maintain customer relations

-Take direction from GM and AGM

(Other requirements may include but are not limited to; leadership experience, excellent communication skills, clean background check, understanding of food safety, equipment safety, and sanitation regulations, physically required to stand/reach/bend/lift up to 50 pounds)

Daily tasks of the HM would include but not be limited to the following list:

1. Check in supplier deliveries for accuracy and quality (reject inferior or damaged)
2. Work stations with associates to lead by example and expedite order fulfillment
3. Provide assistance to patrons with product explanations or accommodation of requests
4. Be observant of staff and facility direct a report of any concerns to the GM
5. Review all product ingredients for quality and report issues to GM
6. Direct staff through daily operational procedures
7. Maintain accurate cash receipts and oversee the security there of
8. Maintain the proper rotation of all food inventory
