• Requirements are to quickly and efficiently remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Be able to work and be in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
• Must adhere to the established appearance guidelines.
