The Host is a personal representation of the overall hospitality of the restaurant's staff. The host will cheerfully greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with a menu. They will monitor the table rotation and make sure that each member of the wait staff gets a fair amount of tables. Other responsibilities include monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, estimating wait time for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list and ensuring the needs of the guests while they are waiting. Other responsibilities include using the NoWait app, keeping the stand clean and organized at all times, and moving tables.
