Our Assistant Unit Director (Assistant Restaurant Manager) assists our Unit Director (General Manager) and provides leadership and coaching to employees generating an atmosphere where people strive to exceed the expectations of the customer. Leading by example, motivating crew members, taking initiative, delivering outstanding customer service and holding others and self accountable are a must for this position.
