Department Manager 1 - McDonald's® company-owned and independent Owner-Operator restaurants are staffed by great people, and right now we're looking for more of them.
The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities will include ensuring sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service. They will be responsible for hiring, training and implementing the experience of the future to our guests. This is an entry level position that will provide flexible hours, PTO, and on the job training.
