Administration: Processing Documentation, Organizing, Communication
Your responsibilities will be to complete tasks per Simpex Guidelines, among other office tasks:
• Process company documents, Enquiries, Quotations, Orders etc...
•Communicate with internal offices to coordinate and complete tasks
•Support and complete administrative tasks, follow ups
•Support Purchasing team
•Set up appointments with Vendors and others as required
•Reception Desk and Greet Visitors, join meetings with management for note taking / translation
•Other Office tasks
Simpex is an international distribution company with its headquarter’s located in Fairfield, NJ. Simpex has procurement and distribution warehousing facilities in the USA, UK, and Germany. Our offices procure and distribute MRO equipments and spare parts for heavy industries such as power generation, steel, oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, mining, pulp & paper, automotive etc... Simpex’s product range includes quality brands that produce mechanical and electrical equipments and parts for the following, industrial supplies, valves & actuators, seals & bearings, process equipment, hydraulics & pneumatics, filtration, and electrical & industrial automation.
•Completion of Training in Business Studies or Secretarial work, Associates or Bachelors in Business Studies is desirable
•Able to process documents in SAP and use Microsoft Office (Basic Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Good social and communication skills
•Good organizational skills, you are thorough and responsible
•Must be fluent in English
