Prepare all food related items according to established recipes.
Working knowledge of ranges, ovens, grills and fry pots.
Meet line out and keep freshly prepared HOT food available for serving counter in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain correct temperatures of equipment and food as produced.
Help control food cost by accurate production.
Follow Health Department regulations.
Keep utensils and equipment in clean and good working order.
Be flexible with scheduling. This job requires that you work weekends and holidays.
