The FOH team member is responsible for preparing food products for guests, maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness. They are responsible for cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas, storage areas, the interior and exterior of the restaurant, equipment and utensils. They are also expected to provide prompt and efficient service to guests in a courteous and friendly manner to exceed guest expectations in an effort to provide total guest satisfaction.
