As a cook, your job is to stock stations with all necessary supplies, cook prepare menu items in accordance with company standards and in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Skillfully and efficiently stir fry proteins, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. You are responsible for the quality of products served. Cooks must be knowledgeable of and comply consistently with our standard batch sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Open/close the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
