To increase awareness and Increase Company's profitability by tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and LSM events; maintaining databases; preparing and creating reports and making decisions based on factual data, best practices, and trends.
With formal training or studies, 1 - 3 years experience as a marketing intern/assistant or three years with no formal training. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft; PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
1. Assists in the negotiation and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns based on budget, market trends, competition, and general economic outlook with approved advertising strategies based on objectives. 2. Plans and organizes promotional presentations and reports. 3. Creates and Updates calendars for marketing initiatives that is shared with GM’s for operational effectiveness during campaigns. 4. Assembles and analyzes campaigns with sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. 5. Leverages and nurtures existing relationships and contacts. 6. Develops new and meaningful relationships in our communities we serve. 7. Responsible for helping maintain and improve the current image and reputation the company currently enjoys. 8. Responsible for all Social media plans, implementation & regular updates. 9. Monitors, answers and communicates any social media reviews either positive or negative. 10. Creates and implements agreed to strategies in business development and public relations. 11. Coordinates the efforts of our public relations, marketing, and consulting firms. 12. Helps to develop comprehensive customer and prospects lists, managing the database, and coordinating efforts with store managers, to the benefit of the company. 13. We have a goal to be viewed as the “Brand of choice” for the customer profile of our specific brands. And for business and community leaders to feel that same way regardless of the customer profile. This position would help facilitate that image. 14. Increase brand awareness in the markets in which we currently do business amongst all of our brands. 15. Assist in creating and implementing plans for new market openings. 16. Helps Promote Capstone Concepts, LLC as a brand of choice for the restaurant industry. 17. Track how campaigns are working as compared to others and the costs associated with the campaign. 18. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. 19. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; and verifying receipt. 20. Supports restaurants by providing trend information, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer service issues. 21. Researches best practices for the new wave of marketing and advertising for all generations and our core customer profile, and shares with the team. 22. Plans meetings and events in local markets by assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. 23. Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. 24. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications and makes recommendations based on acquired knowledge and experience on how to move Capstone forward in a forward thinking and strategic way. 25. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. TYPICAL DUTIES: 1. Attend meetings with other members of the team when necessary. Take Notes and Assemble data as necessary. 2. Oversight of all Social networking activities. 3. Assist in the approval of all costs associated with marketing and advertising including coupons and ads. 4. Verifying all coupons and ads are operational in the POS systems. 5. Oversee the implementation of First Watch, Mr.Gattis, and The Egg and I LSM plans. 6. Ensure that all restaurant managers are implementing marketing plans and are following up on marketing assignments and marketing goals. 7. Conduct site visits to ensure that all restaurants implement company culture on a daily basis specifically as it relates to branding and materials. 8. Track and report on all promotional programs to determine if they are cost effective. 9. Assist in creating e and implementing new unit Opening PR and Marketing plan. 10. Participate in all new unit opening strategies and activities. 11. Attend functions and events that help cultivate our culture as community leaders and manage all corporate donations and sponsorships with the approval of the Vice President. 12. Responsible for inputting information into the current monthly newsletter, Capstone Ketchup, and the distribution, ideation, creation and best practices going forward. 13. Participate in all Corporate communications with First Watch, Mr. Gattis, and The Egg and I as it pertains to marketing, branding, and advertising. 14. Review all customer Feedback surveys and respond accordingly. 15. Adhere to brand standards when conducting any marketing or advertising Including but not limited to online advertising, print, radio, out of home, LSM, etc.. 16. Research other marketing strategies employed by other First Watch, Mr. Gatti’s or Egg and I restaurants or Franchisees. 17. Help with Increasing the number of Loyalty Members associated with each brand we represent and franchise. 18. Maintain and confirm all online information regarding Capstone Concepts, LLC or any new restaurant is accurate and available. 19. Maintains and Updates Company website as needed. 20. Maintains and communicates any social media calendar and email. 21. Answers all donation and sponsorship requests at every level, then gets restaurants involved if and when it makes sense. 22. Manage the LSM events and activities spreadsheet for cost allocation. 23. Assist in researching and facilitating video creation for internal and external communications and identity.
