    Job Description

    The administrative assistant is an excellent opportunity to excel and expand on knowledge and experience in an administrative roll. The administrative assistant will play a key role in maintaining day to day operations in an office setting. Typical office hours are 8:am-5:00pm and 1 hour lunch breaks


    Answer multi-line telephones and direct calls as needed
    Data entry, and experience in all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel mainly)
    Professional interaction with customers on the phone and in person
    Other duties as assigned
    Job Requirements
    Experience in all Microsoft programs
    Previous payroll experience is a plus
    Must be at least 18 years of age
    Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
