Serve as the administrative support for company ownership and leadership, both on-site and via remote assistance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Act as the administrative point of contact between ownership and external customers
• Receive calls, take messages, provide email support
• Provide full administrative support to President of the company, and remote support to ownership
• Schedule meetings, coordinate associated administrative tasks, and prepare materials.
• Schedule travel and provide associated support (air, hotel, car)
• Prepare documents and correspondence as requested by President of the company

Requirements

Job Requirements
* 3-4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant a plus
* High school degree. College degree in business administration or communications a plus
* High level verbal and written communication skills
* Extensive planning and time management skills
* Able to respond to occasional weekend or evening urgent matters
* Microsoft Office expertise, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
