The Brass Bell Baker has the important responsibility of preparing yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts and other freshly baked products. The Baker always pays special attention to freshness, speed, cleanliness, and organization while carrying out his or her daily duties.
Experience in foodservice preferred, but not required.
Proof of food handler certification may be required for individuals in those applicable states.

Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2-3 hours without a rest break.
Regular, moderate-to-heavy (10-50 lbs.) lifting and carrying; bending and reaching is required.
Work setting is within the restaurant with employee exposed to temperature extremes.
Work environment includes the use of equipment such as the roll cutter and mixer.
Some pushing and pulling is required for cleaning responsibilities.
Compliance with position uniform standards and adherence to all company policies and house rules are required.
