The art of pizza making is in the dough.
- mist be able to prepare pizza from scratch and train others as well.
- must be able to hand stretch and toss the pizza dough
- read and build recipes for production of the kitchen line
- confident knife skills
- must be able to lift 50# for dough recipe
- knowledge of portion control
3 years minimum of kitchen work experience.
Kitchen certification is a plus. (Learn2serve, ServeSafe)
Culinary Education is not required but is helpful
