Guest Service Leader

We are seeking a developing leader to oversee all components of the customer experience, from start to finish. The main focuses of the Guest Service Leader are the following: Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, and Making sure our restaurant scores are continuously increasing.

The Guest Service Leader will motivate and encourage Team Members to support or mission and vision for the restaurant. The Guest Service Leader will report to the senior leadership team and will relay important information, events, and changes that will need to be made in order to enhance the customer’s experience. This position requires prior experience with Chick-fil-A, and may require work in operations.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to lead and adapt in a fast-paced business environment
- Basic computer competency

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conducts walk-throughs of the restaurant, to ensure the customer experience is excellent from start to finish
- Manages the facility, ensures cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant, and delegates cleaning tasks on a daily basis
- Receives customer complaints, and responds in a professional manner, quickly solving the issue
- Coaches Team Members who need continued training in customer service
- Checks for consistency and accuracy of all food preparation, and makes suggestions and changes to make certain our goals are being met
- Makes changes in the restaurant to make sure that we are meeting our business goals
- Serves as subject matter expert in regards to customer service, hospitality, and food preparation
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
- All other duties as assigned by the Owner/Operator
