Role and Responsibilities: The mission of a Front Hospitality Team Member is to maintain a very high standard of excellence as our front line in delivering awesome food, building relationships with our Guests and creating an incredible dining experience. It is important to ensure every guest receives a consistent experience in regard to service, cleanliness, food quality and speed of service. Areas of responsibility include delivering hospitality, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, stocking, cashier, lobby, and drive thru. A collaborative spirit accompanied with a desire for excellent performance in all areas is required. Experience helpful but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
