Pieology is a fast and casual restaurant that provides positive inspiration and connection through the creation of delicious and affordable personally inspired pizzas. Pieology inspires people to explore their unique tastes with any combination of house-made crusts, signature sauces, unlimited fresh toppings and garden fresh made-to-order salads - all ready to eat in less than 5 minutes.

Pieology Pizzeria Line Prep

A Line Prep at Pieology Pizzeria would cut, slice and prepare all of our fresh ingredients for the front line. The Line Prep would make and prep our handmade pizza dough and sauces.

Line Prep Responsibilities

• Consistently serve the highest quality products all day, every day.
• Clean and stock the assigned area(s) at the direction of shift supervisor or manager
• Work quickly and accurately to provide as many guests as possible a remarkable experience.
• Follow all Pieology food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements.
• Model and encourage the values of Pieology.
• Contribute to an environment of trust and open communication.
• Back of the house Food Prep
• Wash & clean prep area and dishes

Line Prep Requirements

• The ability to work as part of a team and help others when needed
• The ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• The ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance at all times.
• Be able to adapt to changing customer volume and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Have the ability to demonstrate mastery of the Pieology menu.
• Be able to follow instructions
• Have the ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
