    Job Overview

    The Scheduling Coordinator will use daily referral and patient appointment information to reach out to patients interested in participating in our clinical trials. This position is 100% patient-facing and is the first contact patients have with our company. The Scheduling Coordinator will not only schedule new patients, but also confirm appointments, take incoming calls regarding re-schedules, coordinate staff schedules, and perform follow-up calls as necessary, across all clinics and cities (Baton Rouge, New Orleans, & Tulsa). This role requires the technical skills and attention to detail to navigate the Clinic Calendar and Patient Recruitment features of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) in order to be able to correctly match potential patients to a trial while optimizing the company's ability to schedule patients during available appointment slots.     Key Duties

    • Communicate recruitment updates to the clinics and fellow team members
    • Remain up to date on study eligibility requirements and scheduling constraints
    • Work with all sites to manage patient appointment volume and time slots
    • Ensure a positive experience for every patient -You MUST love helping and interacting with people
    • Have basic computer skills
    • Be self-motivated! Energetic! Positive!
    • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Work well with deadlines in a highly fast-paced environment

    Compensation Structure
