    Job Description

    REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager
    FLSA: Hourly , Non-Exempt
    Part-Time and Full-Time

    Cashiers must have the ability to provide our guests with friendly and timely service as well as keep an accurate register using a point-of-sale system. This position requires a team oriented, well-spoken individual with the ability to be proactive in a small, fast-paced environment.

     Greet guests and provide excellent service
     Have working knowledge of our menu including all of our fresh fish
    selections and with the ability to make suggestions when necessary
     Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change
     Able to handle and accurately operate a POS system
     Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to
    management when necessary
     Keep checkout area clean and orderly
     Perform opening, closing and side work ensuring that the opening and
    closing checklists are accurately and efficiently completed
     Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures
     Other duties as assigned by management


    Job Requirements
    ? Previous customer service or cashier experience a plus
    ? Positive, helpful attitude toward guests including ability to speak clearly
    and covey information accurately
    ? Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
    ? Ability to carry loads up to 50 lbs
    ? Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
    ? Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
    ? Current Food Handler's Card is mandatory and must be maintained
