    At Chick-fil-A Copperas Cove we are proud of the products and services that we provide to our community. We are
    currently seeking a skilled, friendly, and enthusiastic Marketing Director to help promote our offerings and identify what
    consumers want, so we can provide the best services possible to our customer base. Our ideal candidate will have
    previous marketing experience and a knowledge of branding.

    for an independent Operator, the Marketing Director has the opportunity to gain life experience that goes far beyond
    just serving guests in our community. The responsibilities of a Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A include providing
    creative and innovative ways to grow sales, brand awareness, and brand protection.

    A completed college degree or actively pursuing a college degree in Marketing, Business Management, or
    Communications is preferred. An intermediate level of computer/internet skills required. Must be available at least 30
    hours a week and on Saturdays.

    Objectives of this Role:

    • Creating and executing a strategic marketing plan that spurs sales and brand growth for the restaurant (i.e., increase transactions, check averages, outside sales) using Chick-fil-A's 4 unique assets: Cow, People, Real Food, and Influence.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers in the community, through event support and other community sponsorships to increase brand awareness and sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage development and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
    • Lead the development of marketing plans working closely with management to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing customer base for our products and services
    • Monitoring effectiveness and making adjustments to marketing strategy as necessary
    • Executing the marketing plan

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree OR currently seeking a college degree in marketing, advertising, business management, or communications
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
    • Previous outside sales or marketing experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing/advertising, and social media marketing is a plus
