    Taziki's Mediterranean Café is now hiring Prep/Line Cooks! We are seeking highly energetic, food-lovin', quality-driven, team-oriented, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and other BOH positions to join us as we grow!     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Line Positions (Salad Table, Grill, Roll-up, and Expo), Prep and Dishwasher

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and efficiency

    · Preparing food in a made- from scratch kitchen before and after service periods

    · Understanding and proper use of recipe and order screens

    · Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas

    · Shift side work to include opening and closing duties

    REQUIREMENTS:

    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

    · Previous cooking experience preferred but we will train

    · Proper knife skills

    · Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment

    · Ability to handle multiple orders in a timely manner

    · Must handle food safely when prepping and cooking

    · Follow procedures and recipes on food items

    · Retain menu and product knowledge

    · Proper personal hygiene

    · Maintain Health Department Standards throughout shift

    · Professional attitude and respect of coworkers, establishment, and the brand

    WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS

    · Works in a typical restaurant kitchen environment to include but not limited to: flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.

    · Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekend, and/or holidays.
